Tucked away in a beautifully converted Cotswold stone barn, our education room blends rustic charm with modern comfort. Once home to cattle, it’s now a welcoming space for learning, gathering, and sharing ideas.

What we offer

A relaxed countryside setting with everything you need

  • Seating for 20 people at desks or 30 with the desks removed.
  • Starlink wifi, a large TV and a projector screen
  • Toilet facilities and parking for 10-20 cars or a coach
  • A cosy kitchenette with a fridge/freezer, chinaware, utensils and washing facilities
  • Wheelchair accessible and heating for all year round use.

 

Bookings need to be a week in advance and the room is available to hire from 8-5pm, Monday-Friday. Booking fee – £50 per day.

Terms of Use

The Education Room is available for hire for £50 per day. By booking, you agree to the following terms:

  • The room is available for hire Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm.
  • Bookings must be made in advance and are subject to availability.
  • Access outside of these times may be arranged by prior agreement only.
  • The Education Room can seat 20 people at desks or 30 people with open seating.
  • Facilities include a projector screen, large TV, starlink wiFi, toilet facilities, kitchenette with chinaware and utensils, and heating.
  • The space is wheelchair accessible.
  • Parking is available for 10–20 cars or one coach.
  • Guests must use the room and facilities with care and respect.
  • The kitchenette should be left clean, and all items returned after use.
  • Any damage, loss, or misuse of equipment may result in additional charges.
  • Noise levels must be kept reasonable to respect the surrounding environment.
  • The Education Room and its owners are not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings.
  • Guests are responsible for the supervision and safety of their group at all times.
  • Please do not walk onto the farm without prior approval.

We understand that plans can change and we do our best to be flexible. To ensure fairness for all, we kindly ask that you read the following cancellation terms:

 

  • More than 14 days before your booking: No charge, a full refund of the booking fee.
  • 3 to 14 days before your booking: 50% of the booking fee will be charged.
  • Less than 3 days before your booking (non-arrival): 100% of the booking fee will be charged.
